Operating Hours and Seasons
Open: Year-round
Peak Season: Memorial Day Weekend – Mid-August. During Peak Season, full access to events and amenities is available.
Non-Peak Season: Events and amenities have limited availability.
Quiet Hours and Curfew
Quiet Hours: Daily from 11 PM to 8 AM.
Curfew: Children under 18 must not leave their site after 10 PM unless accompanied by an adult. Children under 5 must always be accompanied by an adult. Parents are responsible for their children’s actions and safety.
Safety and Conduct
Speed Limit: The park speed limit is 5 ½ MPH to ensure everyone’s safety.
Wristbands are issued upon check-in and must be worn at all times. They identify you as a registered guest and grant access to park amenities, activities, and facilities.
Environmental and Facility Use
Trash Disposal: Please use dumpsters to dispose of trash. Washing dishes in Comfort Stations is not allowed.
Fires: Wood-burning fires are permitted in designated fire pits only.
Golf Carts and ATVs: Personal golf carts are allowed if proof of insurance is provided. There is an additional charge of $15 per day for all ATVs or golf carts.
Guests and Visitors
Registration: Additional guests and visitors must register and pay applicable fees:
- Winter: Day/Night – $15 /overnight | $45 /4-7 Nights
- Non Peak: Day/Night – $25 /overnight | $75 /4-7 Nights
- Peak & Holiday: Day/Night – $39 /overnight | $117 /4-7 Nights
RV SITE AND CABIN RENTAL POLICIES

Booking and Rates
Site Requests: While specific campsites or cabins may be requested, we cannot guarantee these requests. You can ensure your preferred site or cabin by paying an applicable lockout fee at the time of booking. Without this fee, you are guaranteed only the type of site or cabin you selected, not the specific unit number or location.
Rate Fluctuation: Our rates fluctuate based on occupancy, similar to hotels and airlines, and vary with availability. Rates are subject to change with each search.
Holiday Stays: A three-night minimum stay is required during Memorial Day, 4th of July (6/26 – 7/4), Labor Day, and Columbus Day weekends.
Vehicles and Parking
Vehicle Limit: A maximum of two vehicles are allowed per RV site or cabin rental. Extra vehicles will incur a fee and must be parked in the designated overflow lot.
Site Usage
Tents: Tents are not permitted at designated RV sites or within cabin or cottage areas.
Smoking Policy
Non-Smoking: All cabins are non-smoking. Violating this policy will result in a $300 excessive cleaning fee.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
- Standard Fee: A $25 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. For reservations that were only paid half down, a $50 cancellation fee applies.
- Less Than Two Weeks Notice: Guests will receive 50% of their reservation value in camp credit. The remaining 50% of the reservation value is forfeited. No refunds will be issued.
- One Week or Less Notice: The full reservation amount is forfeited. No exceptions and no refunds will be issued.
PROHIBITED ITEMS AND ACTIONS
- Weapons: Firearms, ammunition, knives, and any kind of weapon are strictly prohibited throughout the park.
- Fireworks: The use of fireworks is strictly forbidden within the park.
- Tobacco and Vaping: Smoking, vaping, and the use of chewing tobacco or similar products are prohibited in all areas of the resort, especially near attractions frequented by children. If renting an RV site, tobacco use is allowed within your designated camping area.
- Please consume alcoholic beverages responsibly. Alcoholic drinks must be kept out of sight, either in a cooler or a suitable container. No one under the age of 21 is permitted to consume alcohol.
- Inappropriate behavior or language is not tolerated and may result in refusal of admission or ejection from the park without a refund.
- Skateboards, hoverboards, motorbikes, and drones are prohibited within the park boundaries.
- Motorcycles are permitted for arrival and departure only; riding them around the park is not allowed.
- Bicycle riding is not permitted after dark. State law requires all guests aged 13 and under to wear helmets while biking.
PET POLICY
- Pets are welcome in designated pet-friendly cabins. Please request these accommodations at the time of booking. Pet owners should bring a crate for their pets and are responsible for cleaning up and controlling noise. Any damages in the cabin will incur additional fees.
- Pets staying at RV sites are charged an additional fee of $12.50 plus tax per pet/ per night. For pets staying in cabins, the fee is $25 plus tax per pet/per night. Please note that there is a limit of 2 pets per site, and pets over 25 lbs. require prior approval from the manager.
- Due to local ordinances, pets are not allowed in buildings, on playgrounds, or inside the fence of the Water Zone.
- Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations. All pets should wear valid rabies tags, be leashed, attended at all times, and cleaned up after.
- Pets may not be left outside, tied up, or chained to RVs, fifth wheels, or travel trailers. Pet fences are also not allowed.
- Aggressive breeds are not permitted.
WATER PARK POLICY
General Information
Operating Hours:
Winter: 11 AM to 7 PM*
Summer: 11 AM to 7 PM*
*Hours are tentative and subject to change.
Parking: Available on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited to park occupancy levels.
Entry Requirements: All guests must pay the admission fee to enter, whether using the pools or not. Resort guests receive special access. Re-entry is allowed with valid admission proof.
Admission Policies: No refunds are available for inclement weather, annual passes, or other reasons, except for resort guests who have purchased Weather Insurance.
Safety and Conduct
Supervision for Children: Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older, with a maximum ratio of two non-swimmers per adult.
Prohibited Items: The following are not allowed within the park:
- Outside food and drinks (Food and beverage options available from on-site vendors and the Ranger Station)
- Glass containers and coolers
- Firearms, ammunition, knives, and other weapons
- Alcohol, canteens, and flasks
- Umbrellas or shade structures due to safety concerns with sudden strong winds
- Smoking, vaping, chewing, dipping, or any type of tobacco
Inappropriate behavior or language - Bag Checks: All bags, baskets, and containers are subject to inspection.
- Behavior: No diving (except in designated areas), horseplay, or running is permitted.
Health and Dress Code
Swimwear: Traditional swimwear required. No provocative attire, street clothes, or clothing with metal such as rivets, snaps, buttons, belts, or metal ornamentation. Swim diapers are mandatory for all diapered guests.
Footwear: Water shoes are recommended around the park, but not allowed on slides or water attractions.
Health Precautions:
- Guests must shower before entering the water.
- Those with recent stomach or intestinal illnesses or open wounds are not allowed in the water.
- Hand washing is mandatory after restroom use or diaper changes.
- Diaper changes should not be done near the pool deck, and drinking pool water is prohibited.
Lost Items and Privacy
- Zion Utah Jellystone Park™ is not liable for lost or stolen items. Guests are encouraged to secure their valuables before entering.
- The use of recording devices is strictly prohibited in locker rooms and restrooms.
Inclement Weather Policy and Closing
- The Yogi Bear™ Water Zone may suspend operations due to severe weather conditions like rain, electrical storms, or high winds. Operations will resume once conditions are safe.
- Rides and attractions close 15 minutes before the park’s closing time.
